INDHEAL is a medical travel facilitation service. We help international patients access healthcare in India by:
- Matching patients with accredited hospitals and qualified specialists based on their medical needs
- Obtaining cost estimates and appointment availability on behalf of patients
- Assisting with medical visa applications and related documentation
- Coordinating accommodation, local transport, and airport transfers
- Providing a dedicated case manager for the duration of the patient's journey
- Facilitating post-treatment follow-up and aftercare coordination
INDHEAL acts as a facilitator only. We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or licensed healthcare provider. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice.
2. Not medical advice
The information provided on our website and by our case managers is for general informational purposes only. It does not replace a consultation with a licensed physician or healthcare professional. You should always seek the advice of a qualified doctor regarding any medical condition, treatment option, or medication.
INDHEAL does not recommend or endorse any specific treatment, procedure, hospital, or doctor. Our role is to present options and facilitate access — the medical decision is entirely yours, made in consultation with the treating physicians.
3. Eligibility
By using our services you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not located in a country subject to an Indian government embargo or otherwise prohibited from receiving services from Indian companies
- You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
4. Your account
Some features of our service may require you to provide contact details or create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. Your obligations
When using INDHEAL's services, you agree to:

- Comply with the requirements and regulations of the hospitals and healthcare providers you visit
- Obtain any travel insurance, medical insurance, or other coverage appropriate for international medical travel
- Comply with all applicable Indian immigration laws, including holding a valid medical visa where required
- Treat our staff, case managers, and hospital partners with courtesy and respect
You must not use our services to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Access services for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our website or infrastructure
- Circumvent any access controls or security features of our systems
6. Fees & payments
INDHEAL's service fee
INDHEAL's facilitation services are provided free of charge to patients. We receive a service fee from our partner hospitals. This arrangement does not influence our hospital or specialist recommendations, which are made solely on the basis of your clinical needs and preferences.
Hospital and treatment fees
Any fees charged by partner hospitals for consultations, procedures, accommodation, or other clinical services are entirely separate from INDHEAL's service and are subject to the terms and conditions of each hospital. Cost estimates provided by INDHEAL are indicative only and may vary based on clinical assessment, actual treatment required, and hospital pricing at the time of treatment.
Ancillary services
Where INDHEAL coordinates third-party services such as accommodation, transport, or visa assistance on your behalf, the costs of those services will be communicated to you in advance and are payable directly to the relevant provider or through INDHEAL as specified.
Refunds
Refund policies for hospital treatments, accommodation, and transport are governed by the terms of the respective providers. INDHEAL will use reasonable efforts to assist you in seeking refunds where services are cancelled or not delivered, but cannot guarantee refund outcomes from third parties.
7. Hospital partners
INDHEAL maintains a curated network of JCI- and NABH-accredited hospitals. While we take care in selecting and reviewing our partner hospitals, we make no warranty or representation regarding:
- The clinical outcomes of any treatment undertaken at a partner hospital
- The qualifications, competence, or conduct of any individual healthcare professional
- The accuracy of any information provided by partner hospitals, including cost estimates
- The continuing accreditation status or quality standards of partner hospitals
The medical relationship is between you and your treating hospital and physicians. INDHEAL is not a party to that relationship and assumes no liability for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, or hospital conduct.
8. Intellectual property
All content on indheal.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of INDHEAL Solutions Private Limited or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent
- Use any INDHEAL trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our written permission
- Create derivative works based on our content
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any clinical outcomes, medical complications, or treatment results
- Acts or omissions of partner hospitals, physicians, or third-party service providers
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on our website
- Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of our website or services
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to INDHEAL in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INDHEAL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of our services or website
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any false or inaccurate information you provide to us
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may stop using our services and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or if continuation of services would expose INDHEAL or our partners to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon termination, Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be addressed through our standard support process within 5 business days.
14. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (where we hold your contact details) and by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
